Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

roof

purchased home in 2004( fha loan )previous owners put on new roof as part of fha agreement. i have noticed that shingles are pulling up. contacted closing atty to find out if he had any info on the contracter he did not have anything. also contacted previous owners they did not call me back is there anything that i can do

Contractor should have pulleda building permit. Check w/ building dept.
