room mate from hell

My room mate isn't on my lease. She started using drugs and is junking up my apartment. How can i get her out?

Hello. Sounds like a tough situation. Unfortunately, you will have to go through the eviction process to get rid of her. You might also try asking her to leave first. There's a chance that she could go willingly. If not, you will have to go through a formal eviction process, which could take a while.
