Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut
Is there a way to sell a home that is owned by more than one party, without the signature of one party? The reason that I ask is that someone close to me is in a situation where she is trying to sell while the other refuses to cooperate and is also not willing to give her a quick-claim deed.

She would have to file a partition action in Superior Court requesting that the property be sold.
