Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut
I am selling a liquor store and in the contract it states " The Buyer agrees to apply for a provisional liquor license within ten days after the execution of this contract" What are my rights as the seller if the buyer waits 3 weeks before he applies for the liquor license? Can I stop the transactions without any legal impact? Can I make the buyer responsible for my legal fees?

This is much more complicated than a question on Lawguru.com. Call a lawyer.
