Sharing house ownership

I own half the house two daughters own a qaurter each. I have a third daughter , I want to share. How can I handle it, so each has a third each.? I have always paid all taxes, repairs, upkeep. All the girls are adults. Wold it be an idea, to see if all was sined to me, and then give each their share? I'am 76 years old, fair health, but good mind. Thank you

I am not giving advice as to whether you should do this, but if you deed 1/3 to the third daughter and 1/12 to each of the others, they will each own 1/3 of the house
