Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut
I have a signed purchase agreement with a buyer, but the buyer has been holding out on completing the sale. The attorney forgot to include a closing date. How can I force the closing or how can I get out of the contract.

If the buyer agrees to not complete the contract and you want out, then it sounds like you can both agree to. I would need more facts to determine if you have a valid lawsuit.
