Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

I let a sister move in 30 days ago to help her out. my rent is 1625. she agreed to pay 600 and see if it worked out. I want to end the arrangement. she is not on the lease and says she wont move out until I do. I do not want to move. what can I do?

I think you have to evict her because you essentially established a "lease" with her. My guess is that it's a month to month lease.
