Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

stone wall/piller built on my driveway

my neighbor has built a stone pillier on the property line between our driveways , the piller is 12'' on my side of the line and 12'' farther towards the street blocking the view and making hard to see around the piller to prevent getting hit by oncoming cars,, also more difficult to get trucks w/ trailers in the driveway,, i asked him to stop and get a survey but he did not and left on vacation?? what can i do?

Anything that extends on to your property, you can remove, even if it will essentially destroy the portion on his property. But get a survey yourself to be sure it IS on your property.
