strict foreclosure

Hi my landlord is in strict foreclosure the law day is July 27,2009 I saw on the computer it says motion to open judgement and extend the law day.What does that mean

Re: strict foreclosure

It means that he/she has requested to reopen the judgment of strict foreclosure and wants more time. If granted, title will not pass on July 27, 2009 and a new law date will most likely be scheduled.
