Are time shares deeded properties in Ct and can supposed heirs be held liable for expenses of a deceased persons ts after 11 plus years

If the heir "owns" the property then he/she is responsible for the expenses. If the heir declined inheritance of the property in the probate court, then he/she is off the hook. Heirs are generally only responsible for expenses concerning property they inherit. However, I would need more information to answer your question.
