Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

I own a timeshare, that is paid off, with an ex. It is a 1 week 2 bedroom unit, located in FL. I would like to have it divided equally between us. Is there a legal document that I can file? Would it have to be done in CT where we live or FL?

This should have been taken care of in your divorce. It may be too late to ask the court for relief now, since it's a property settlement. I would need more information.

You would have to sell it and divide the equity if there is any. Otherwise, one of you could buy out the other. You would have to do this through the timeshare company.
