Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Connecticut

There is a tree based in a neighbors yard that leans greatly over onto my property. Can I cut off any branches/limbs that hang over onto my property?

You should try to reach an agreement with your neighbor. If there is any damage to your property he/she is responsible.
