Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Connecticut
employee who jokes around with his co-workers now complains that they are harassing him, i held meeting & posted a note telling employees not to harass each other & that if they could not get along with each other to not talk to each other, what else should be done?

If you have a human resources department you should have them involved. You should keep paper records by way of letters of any and all incidents and let all employees know that their concerns are being met.
