Re: Suing when neither party still works at the company

Did you lose any wages?????? If not, why bother?

Law cases create lots of anxiety and there are

costs which you would have to bear. You would

also likely get a reputation as being litigious,

a reputation you would not want to follow you to

your new company. For goodness sakes, you still

work in the same building.

With all that said, given that neither of you

works in the company, what remedy or relief

would you expect the former company to give? They can no longer punish him. He's gone.

From a legal point of view: did you ever give them notice? How long ago did all this happen?

How severe was the so-called harassment?

A one-time, "Hi, you look gorgeous today" . . .

or a prolonged and continual asking for

sexual favors in return for a favorable job action?

Unless it was veryyyyyyy serious, you should get

along with the rest of your life. When you're

an old crone, you'll reminisce that you were once so beautiful, someone came onto you.

I apologize for coming on so strong, but the

women are going too far in many cases. Law

cases are not the way to go to become rich.

So I do wish you good luck, no matter what you do.
