Legal Question in Social Security Law in Connecticut

Inheritance while appealing SSD

I'm on my third and final appeal for SSD,have not applied for SSI. A family member just passed away, and I believe I may be in line for inheritance, possibly over 25.000. Ofcourse this will be a huge help,as I've been struggling for years...however I've also been waiting to get to this point in my case, will be over two years soon. Will this effect my ability to continue my case?Seems like I'm always between a rock and a hard place. Also IF this is a problem should I go through THE 3RD APPEAL?? Can you ever file again,if you have been turned down by Admin. Law Judge? THANKS FOR ANY HELP ON THIS! LINDA
