Legal Question in Traffic Law in Connecticut
cellphone use
I was stopped and ticketed in CT for cellphone use. The earpiece fell out and I picked up the phone to disconnect; cop still wrote the ticket. I am on a work permit through the end of year. Should i plead not guilty?

Re: cellphone use
If you think you did not commit the offense as charged, then you should plead not guility. The ticket should only impose a penalty of a fine with no further consequences. However, I would have to double check whether it would effect your work permit.
