Legal Question in Traffic Law in Connecticut
The DMV did not process paperwork sent to them from the court which resulted in my license being suspended. I only found this out when I got pulled over on my way to work and they towed my car. They reinstated my license once the court sent them the documents the second time. I was wondering if I can get compensation for the tow, the time off of work, and money that I would have earned through a profit sharing plan through my work which is only paid based upon hours I work.
