Legal Question in Traffic Law in Connecticut
hit lightly by boss' truck
I was debating quietly with my boss on a job in CONN. when he decided to stop talking to me and move the truck,I was standing next to it when he put it in reverse and cut the wheels and hit my side (hip area). I was more surprised than hurt. I called the CONN. state police, on arrival the officer said I should have been paying better attention, that it was my own fault. Is that true?

Re: hit lightly by boss' truck
There is no justification for hitting someone with a truck. Based on the facts you provided, it sounds like your boss was simply negligent. Again, this is subject to a further discussion of the facts.
