Legal Question in Traffic Law in Connecticut
my husband was charged with evading responsiblity after bumping someones car in a parking lot. He didn't think he hit it hard enough to do any damage so he didn't stop. He left the lot and was quickly pulled over by a cop who took his info and sent him on his way. a few days later he was contacted by the PD and was issued an evading responsibilty charge. He is 55 years old and a clean driving record. should he get an attorney
