Legal Question in Traffic Law in Connecticut

Insurance Policy

Got into a car accident. Two cars involved. Both insured. The one I was driving did not belong to me but had full coverage insurance. Insurance company says will not cover because I was not in the policy. Is this right? Please contact me. Thanks.

Re: Insurance Policy

As long as you used the car with the permission of the owner, you are covered. Notwithstanding, the at fault driver's insurance company is obligated to pay for your lost wages, lost earning capacity, medical bills, future medical costs, and, pain and suffering are awardable. You need to obtain representation immediately so as to have the reserves set at the highest possible level. Moreover, don't talk to the adjuster!!! Everything you say will be used to minimize your claim or skirt liability. The insurance companies have attorneys to protect thier rights, why don't you? Please contact me directly at (619) 222-3504.
