Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

Aunt has passed away, it will be 2 years this May. The will has been read and probate has been established. The Executrix has not released funds for the inheritance. Is there a timely manner this should be done?

I don't know when the probate case was initially opened and I don't have enough information regarding the status of the case. If you are a beneficiary, you can go down to the probate court and speak to the clerk. I am sure they will be more than happy to let you know what the status is and why it is taking so long.
