bill payment of deceased
I received a hospital bill from May 2002 in Sept 2003. The person died in Feb 2003. The probate notice was posted in March. Must this bill be paid?

Unless you were specifically aware of this bill, the creditor apparerntly missed the deadline and the bill need not be paid.
