Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut
certification of trust
I'm in state of CT. How do I get financial (bank) institution to ''honor'' (recognize) a ''Certification of Trust'' as apposed to viewing & copying the complete original ''Trust''? I want to keep terms of trust private.

Re: certification of trust
You probably can't, unless you have enough financial clout to make the bank want your business enough to take a chance. From their point of view, there might be some prohibition in the portion of the trust you're not showing them, and they don't want to be criticized later. [email protected]
