Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut
Can I contest the Will?
My great aunt has died and has left her home to the Church. I am the only surviving blood relative. This home had been left to my great aunt, including her predeceased siblings (my grandfather), by my great grandmother. Can I contest the will?

Re: Can I contest the Will?
You can contest the will if you can show fraud or undue influence or that she was incapable of forming the intent to execute a will. But if she was of sound mind, knew the extent of her estate and the natural objects of her bounty (that is, knew who her relatives were), and the rub is that to you it would have been fairer, or more fitting, or nicer if she left the money to you, then you have no basis to contest the will.
