Divorced took back maiden name have to change on trust document?

I wrote a trust document when I separated from my husband to protect my assets. I have since divorced and have taken back my maiden name. Do i have to change the trust document?

No, but if the trust contains real estate, you should file a Certificate of Change of Name with the town clerk.
