estate question

my late husband mother who is decesed had a money market fund that was found recently the executor of her estate which is my late husband's brother. did not disburse the funds into my husbands estate and also choose to disburse some of the assets to my husbands children. I am the administrator of his estate what do i need to do and what happens to the executor because he did not fullfill his duties?

As the fiduciary of your husband's estate, you have to raise an objection in the probate court where the mother's estate is being administered. Does the brother offer any explanation for his actions?
