In answer to your specific question, the executor of an estate has a lot of rights regarding how the assets of that estate are handled. The executor has a fiduciary duty to do what's in the best interests of the estate, and as such has all of the rights and powers to carry out activities that would influence the interests of the estate.

To help you any more than that, I'd have to understand more about the following:

1. Are you saying that your son passed away, you're the executor of his estate, and his girlfriend and her friend did something that contributed to his death?

2. If so, is the estate being probated?

3. Are there criminal charges pending against the girlfriend and her friend?

4. Did your son have a will?

If the house has been distributed to them, you probably can't undue that. You may be abl;e to bring a claim against them depending on your relationship.
