Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

Executor has questions

Does a S1 or S2 tax return have to be filed even though my deceased mother was over 80 yrs and hasnt filed tax returns for years? Do stocks listed in her name and childrens name as JT Ten have to be listed on Probates Inventory Sheet? Do CDs which were listed as joint accounts in her name and childrens name have to be listed on inventory sheet? The only asset is a mobile home. The willstates executor can sell any or all part of real or personal estate as i deem fit without bond or permission of probate court.. What do i have to do so i can move into the mobile home? probate court says i have to wait for all creditors bills. do i have to get notorazied permission/approval from my siters?
