Executrix Fee
Once an estate is probated can the executrix bill the estate for her fee? And what is the maximum that can be billed to the estate?

A fiduciary (an executrix, for example) can charge a fee based on the number of hours spent and the work done. A reasonable fee is usually about $30-$40 per hour. But the fee has to be approved by the probate court, so keep good records.
