final accounting on an estate in probate
when is it appropriate to use the form statement in lieu of account.I have an attorney who is draging out the distrubition process in my mothers estate.I was the excecutrix and did the majority of the work involved and he had to step in towards the end because the court requested me to be bonded and I could not get bonded so it stated in her will he would step in I I could not

Why were you unable to get bonded? It should not have been too dificult. Generaly the judges in probate court are sensitive to a person representing themself. Feel free to contact me via email further concerning this issue.
