Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

my grandmother passed away in 2001 and my aunt was the power of attorney she claims there was nothing for anyone on the last will and has sold my grandmothers house is there anything I can do about this..Can I sue for part of the proceeds to the house?>

If there was a will it needs to be filed with the probate court. A power of attorney is no longer valid upon death. I don't believe your aunt had the right or the power to sell the house. You need to open the estate with the probate court and request that the funds from the sale of the house be deposited with the court until the estate is resolved.
