Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut
My grandmother recently passed away and my mother was told that the will be disbursed in October. Well October came and went and now she is being told that she will have to wait till 2012 before anything can happen. My aunt is the executor of the will. Is this right? She also mentioned something about having to wait 10 years before it can completely be disbursed.

Your mother should go down to the probate court where her mother's estate was opened and find out what really is going on. That doesn't make sense.
