Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut
My ex- husband and I intentionally left each other as beneficiaries for his 401k and each of our life insurance policies. Will this be a problem legally? Do we need to update the beneficiary forms to clarify that this is still our intent after divorce?
