Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut
my husband and i jointly own a mortgage free home in fairfield county ct. my husband is 100% disabled, receiving a pension, va benefits, and soc sec disability. if he needs to go into a nursing home or need long term care, can my home be taken from me and used as payment for him?
