Invalidating a trust
A revocable living trust,created in
connecticut, has two amendments to it.
The second (last) amendment has been
invalidated. question... Does the
voiding af the second amendment
invalidate the entire trust? Any
thoughts?

I'd have to see the instruments, but it's likely that the only thing that was voided was the second amendment itself.
