How long should it take to research land records to take the names of 2 deceased wives off the property/land record/deeds

The land record search isn't the hard part. That should take only a few hours. It's the probate filings that could be time consuming. I'd have to talk with you to get some questions answered to be able to estimate how much time it would take.
