Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

living Will

I have prepared & typed out my own Last Will and Testament-Is it legal if i just get it notarized or do i need to see a lawyer to make sure it is legal?

You'd be foolish not to have a lawyer at least review it, but it's not a legal requirement. What IS required is two witnesses (and they can't be people who receive anything in the will). Even better, have the witnesses sigantures (not yours) notarized.
