Medical Records
As the only living relative and only daughter, I have been prevented from obtaining my Mothers medical records. To this day I do not know how or why my Mother died (6 months ago) Thanks

You would have to open an estate for her in the Probate Court, get yourself appointed the fiduciary and then you could get her records.
