Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

Hi - my question is as follows:

My Uncle will be leaving some of his estate to his sister who is elderly and he wants to be sure she is taken care of. The problem is that when she passes away, her son will get her estate, some of which will be from my uncle. Well, my uncle doesn't want him to have a cent of his money. I'd like to know if there is any inexpensive way for him to ensure that after his sister passes away the money he gave her goes to whomever he has designated, and not his nephew.

I'd appreciate any advice you could share with me. He doesn't have much time - stage 4 bone cancer. Thanks so very much, D. Williams

You need to contact an attorney who specializes in trusts. He can probably establish a trust to take care of his sister and when she passes, any money left in the trust goes to someone else.
