Can i set up a revocable living trust for property in ct. with my daughter as the trustee who lives in paris france and myself as the secondary trustee and beneficiary.

Sure. Are you both US citizens? The process is fairly simple; costs about $500 plus costs ($60 or so for the filing fee with the town clerk).
