Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

my sister who has 90% of the house and i own the 10% i was told by my dad i can go to the house when ever i want and stay there for long as i want with out no complaining from my sister and whenhe died that what was in the will , well now he is gone my sister is making it very hard for me to stay at thehouse thehouse has 6 rooms which my nephew has the whole up stairs whichhe dontneed she tell me i cant stay therebecuase either my other brother is there or the roomare full of debree or junk i wantto know what i can do and what is my legal option in to getting her to sell thehouse so i canget my fair share

You need to probate your father's will. Go down to the probate court in the town where he lived and open an estate. Once you do that, you should be able to seek the court's assitance in getting your fair share.
