Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut
Will
My father left his house to my mother, brother, sister and myself in 2004. I was living in Fl. at the time and my sister decided she was going to live in the house. Do I have any legal rights as a benefactor to collect rent or perhaps have her buy my percentage of the house from me?

Re: Will
Yes. Forcing her to pay rent won't fly, but you can force a sale of the property. Contact me at [email protected] and I'll explain.
