Will for Mother (widow w/3 children)

I obtainied form #WIL-WID-ADLTCHILD-CT. Pg. 1 begnning w/Article I Marriage & Children is really for a woman married only 1 time and with all parties aware of 1st marriage. Can this entire section be deleted since Mom was married twice and one sibling is not aware of previous marriage and she would like to keep it that way. Thank you.
