Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Connecticut

When there is a Will between two people (husband and wife) and the wife passes away. I understand the will should not be dealt with until the other spouse passes on since whatever assets the wife had is passed to the husband? Situation: if you have three children and one feels that the will may be "unfair" and this person is also the executor...what rights does the executor have on the will if any and can the executor see the will before the other siblings because of their status?

Just having some family issues with my aunts and mom and think it's pretty sad when my poor grandfather is mourning and all some people can think about is MONEY and WILLS! Looking for a couple answers so I can "shut" some people up and focus on the true importance..."LIVING"

Thanks very very much!

You can shut everyone up by telling them that your grandfather's will is his business, not theirs and won't be their business until he passes on. No one can see the will prior to that time, even the proposed executor (who maybe should be changed considering) if your grandfather does not wish anyone to see it. (and he shouldn't)
