My brother has lived in our family home all his life(rent free)he works and is not disabled,my mom died 10yrs ago, when my father dies, he has no will. Does my brother have more legal right to the property than myself or my two sisters? we all have our own families and homes. I am the oldest

If Dad has no will, each of the children has an equal share.

So long as there aren't any other facts than those you give in your question that may warrant your brother requesting more than 1/4 share, generally, the house should pass by the intestacy laws of the State of Connecticut equally to all four children.
