Legal Question in Workers Comp in Connecticut

Maximum Improvement

How is maximum improvement figured for a workers comp claim? When? Does age factor in? Does job description? What other factors are important in determining Max Imp.?Can the rating be challenged if not agreed upon? Can you seek another evaluation? I have this problem, which is,I deal with pain quite well. This does not mean that I do not have pain,it means I do not show it as others would. This also applies during range of motion tests.I may achieve 90% ROM but could be in much pain when hitting the 75% area. How can this be factored in? Thank you.You guys are great---I will probably be back.
