Medical Leave

If a person was out on medical leave and returned with a note from Doctor to return to full duty, does the company have to find a job for them.

It would depend. How long have you been out? Did you have a contract of employment? Did they lay you off or fire you while you were out on comp? I am a board certified WC specialist.
