My friend's Late father's Foreign money transfer.
one of my (late father's ) freign friend deposited money is there at London Barclay Banks. As per my freinds request I wrote a leter to transfer the funds to my Indian Bank a/c. But London Bank demanding $84000 as transfer charges 1. How I can accomplish this. 2. How can Believe truth ness of issue?. If you want more details I can provide you.

Better consult a lawyer in London. If your Bank has a branch in London, ascertain the details of their legal counsel in London and consult them. Please put the facts clearly. Who has deposited money and for whom? Then who is the holder of the London Barclay Bank a/c. what is the total amount of money deposited and at what ratio the Bank is asking for this transfer charge.
