Legal Question in Banking Law in Cyprus

I have made an investment via Bank Wire in a April to a private investment pool. Since then, I have been withdrawing profits on a regular basis to an online payment processor called AlertPay. Now Alertpay asks me where did all this withdrawals come from since I have not invested anything to the investment pool (according to their records, because I did invest via BW). Apart from this, I am mainly concerned about the ban of my Alertpay account for concerns of money laundering
