Is it illegal to use someones design work on my web page, though i wrote below "all rights reserved to...." ????

Under Cyprus Law, original design work copyright belongs to its creator. Attributing these rights to their proprietor requires a carefully drafted disclaimer in order to make to allow their legitimate use thereof and even then the creator might have his own rights.
